- Returns are accepted for store credit only.
- All returns must be returned in 21 days from purchase.
- Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
- Swimwear is FINAL SALE
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If items have makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors, you WILL NOT be given credit.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box (if came in one) and placed inside an additional protective shipping box.
- ALL Graphic items are made to order, therefore they are FINAL SALE
- Return shipping fees are to be covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged, then Pretty Peach would pay for the returned shipping.
